The hammock is quite stained in these photos but there was nothing I could do about it. Aurora practically had a break down the time I changed the hammock before baby came and I tried adding a clean towel a few times with baby but she would get very upset. The one time just sitting on the shelf crying leaving baby in hammock alone. So the safest option was to leave it be.

Baby got lost by finding his way inside the pocket of the hammock. I found him for her but she decided this was no longer safe. She slept on the shelf. I turned the hammock upside down(no pocket on top). She checked it but wouldn't settle in so I did the safest thing and let nature work, let her move to her preferred den so she could feel safer. I prefer them in the cage but she is now settled in the closet. She is far less stressed there.

Plan had been to walk Pua today but the weatherman lied about the weather so stayed home doing laundry and scrubbing out the cage.
