Good morning Pua
She looked so snuggly in there. She fought me coming out because she thought it was laundry day again but we took her for a hike instead.

It had been her idea to go back but we decided to try stopping at her favorite trail on the way home.

She inspects the logs and removes and grubs before staking inside by the fire.

Tomato time
I had the tomatoes out to ripen but she found them here by smell. I let her have a couple for her effort. Some days later I forgot and left them out. Middle of the night she finds them and makes a mess but these are the ones I let her have.

Meet Jake Jaguar
Jake was found stuck in a neighbors tree for 24 hours. They called AC but they have no place to keep animals so he came here. I came out of the bath and Dad had a kitten.
He purrs and snuggles almost constantly. Gives licks too. He ate and drank well. Played and explored a little. He's got air under his skin though so may have an infection. He's got his vet appointment for Saturday.
He was even okay when Hyzzie was playing in my lap and he was up by my head last night. He was a little scared when Hyzzie went nuts this morning before her walk but he did stand his ground so will get used to her.

Pua was a little unsure of a new cat but when I picked him up to show her she sniffed then went on her way. Guess if I vouched for him then he's okay.
